If this is the case, recruits need to get over it. In an era where everyone has a smart phone and a 24 hour news cycle, you’re not going to hide your visit to a major college campus. Someone is going to hear and it will spread like wildfire. It’s just not possible to hide these visits

That remark about his visit being kept quiet was not serious. It was a scheduled official visit. OV's are always made public because players are only allowed 5 of them and it's on the prospective program's dime.
