I don't think he was asked to look elsewhere. The recruiting landscape, particularly NIL, has changed since he committed to UGA last November. I don't know if that's why he's looking around, but he's had interest from multiple places. I wouldn't be surprised if there are more decommits than normal in the back half of this year, as recruits try to explore and maximize their NIL prospects.
