'21 AL WR Roc Taylor (Memphis signee)

Just here to remind everyone that last season Roc lined up on McKinstry for a full game and had over 100 yards, and beat him on 2 TDs

I wouldn’t be getting worked up over a practice rep for an all star game
But wailing and gnashing of teeth!

Your killing me!!! Cant remember when you posted one positive thing
I don't always agree with him, but he just might be right, especially on Gaston. Honestly didn't see enoughof either one, especially Roc...

Agreed. I was a huge sunshine pumper. Pruitt turned me into a huge nega.
Pruitt isnt doing himself ANY favors.

The JG debacle was a huge black eye, rumors of micromanaging and bad attitudes, assistants not reducing salary, decommits.

I see it this way. My opinion means ****. AD will do what it do. Roadhouse philosphy, Its better for the long term to support this team and this program, until its time not too. I hope and wish him the best.

Make a move right now? There is literally no one worth paying $40 million out for.

Not really aimed at you, but looking at a situation at face value, or at least one's own interpretation of face value, is not "sunshine pumping."
I think that's what both sides do, look at the situation at their interpretation of "face value".. They're just differing interpretations and unfortunately we, all to often, don't know when to just stop expressing our interpretations... 😎

I agree, but there's a pretty obvious spectrum of negativity and positivity. I don't think there are two sides. We're all somewhere on the spectrum (no pun intended). There are plenty of folks here who can be critical of this team/program on some issues, but still find positivity in others. I never have issues with those people. It's the folks who spin everything into a narrative of how this is the worst college football team in existence, or how "stupid" the coach is (how insulting is that?) that I have an issue with. They have a right to post that stuff, but I have a right to respond to it.

I don't think Pruitt is stupid. I think some people use the term more in reference to his coaching than his general intelligence (could be wrong here). The way he communicates hurts him here as far as the way peoples opinions are shaped.

Me personally, I think Pruitt is incredibly stubborn, probably a micromanager and at this point does not have the CEO skills a head coach needs. He has a good defensive mind and If his sole responsibility is defense I think he is very good.

12 years of mediocrity will turn a Sunshine Pumper into a Nega-Vol.

I used to be in your shoes but I’ve learnt to accept reality.

Trust me I think everyone is frustrated!!! No program will be down forever. I look at it this way we get another very solid class and next coach might be a huge one if needed with plenty of talent here now.

I’ve wondered lately if the folks he went to school with in Fort Payne are shocked he’s now making $4 mil a year? Bet they thought he’d become a lifer rural football coach.

We need to go get an up and comer, like Ark State's Coach.
