Alabama - Alphonse Taylor (Guard) DUI

So do you think Robinson was more likely to shoot someone than Jones, because Robinson's gun turned out to be stolen while Jones' was lawfully his?

I really Hope you are just trying to deflect and you aren't really missing the point. The guy is obviously stupid. With a gun. And pot. That doesn't add up to safe. Jones is stupid too for associating with a moron like Robinson.

Ps: without hijacking the thread, how's your eye situation going?

So we're back to future crime. One bad choice is hard and fast evidence of all bad choices.

No deflection on my end. I asked a question and you gave a (very troubling) response.

So you can confidently say with 100% certainty that if the police did not intervene everything would be perfectly fine?

Same with Taylor ....if police didn't pull him over , would he have definitely plowed into someone? Or could he have made it home safely?

I'm not speaking future here... Try not to deflect.

Ps: see my previous PS in my post above

Oh, so because one makes one bad decision in having weed and a firearm in his car, he will inevitably make the bad decision to shoot someone.

So we've reached the world of Minority Report, and we are going to accuse people of future crime.

Personally I don't think the weed and gun kids shold be kicked off, but if it is a bad decision they had, shouldn't some form of punishment be dealt to them. Saban could have gone a long way in my mind if he put them on temporary probation and said they need to earn their way back to the team's trust.

Depends on the situation. Possessing an ounce of weed or less should be a small punishment. Possessing multiple ounces shows intent to deal.

So he reports hitting his head and blows 0.0 and they issued a DUI anyway. Maybe send him to the hospital for a proper diagnosis and ticket as appropriate later.
