I think that the school declared him ineligible concurrently with asking the NCAA to reinstate him. If the NCAA green lights it, then Dareus can play without Bama having to worry about forfeiting games down the road.
The University of Alabama says Ingram is on the up and up. The Compliance Department tells us, "Mark asked if he could visit Joe Haden at his home in Baltimore. We checked with the NCAA and they approved this trip as long as Mark provided receipts for his expenses."
It's unclear whether those receipts were submitted, but clearly the NCAA has unanswered questions.
Are you sure?Agent had a party, players went from all over. Austin and Little are done, but no other major infractions for UNC. UF, SCar, and Bama will lose players as well, Bama may lose up to five or more, and possibly a few other schools as well.
Also word is spreading that Lane Kiffin, believe it or not, and his band of morons at SoCal are the ones turning everyone in. Axes to grind in the SEC and wanting to get the focus off of him in a desperate attempt to gain back some recruiting steam.
