I wasn’t thrilled when he was hired, I wanted Brian Kelly. but he grew on me because he put together a quality staff and was recruiting his ass off. A lot of my “defending” Kiffin isn’t really a defense of him as it is pointing out the lunacy that a lot of people have regrading him. Like him leaving for USC. Any sensible person that doesn’t have a deep affinity for UT would have done the same thing.
