Alamo Bowl; TCU vs Oregon

Stupid play by play guy said "that was all Freeman" while the replay is showing he was clearly being pushed by an Oregon OL.

The Alamo Bowl seems to be one of the better non BCS/New Year's Six bowls every year. This and the Holiday Bowl are usually pretty good.

I know, but if you run a play, you've effectively got about 15-18 seconds to run the FG team out there, get the personnel right, not false start or setup illegally and make the kick. That's a recipe for disaster.

I think he meant if they had lined up and ran it immediately rather than calling the TO. Then use the TO after the run. So it's potentially 1st down with 15 sec to go and you can take multiple shots at the endzone.
