Hmm. I question that this really drags out. He contradicted his dates in the Austin price interview. At one point he says he will have top 5 in January then he says within week and have a top 3 Jan 1 then he is like I’ll have it wrapped up maybe even before 2021 ends…. Price also has his smirk. It kind of sounds like just a show and he probably knows his destination.

Said top 5 around Christmas then top 3 around New Years then a decision early January. I agree though, I doubt he’s doing zoom interviews with other schools.

Love the talent we can pull on the defensive line. That will make us an actual threat. Offense is fun, but we need to captain Insano some opposing QBs.

Correct. And this offense was most of the same guys that seriously struggled in 2020. We added a few key transfers (Hooker, Payton, Evans- though not anybody that was really viewed as a blockbuster addition) but also lost the clear top three playmakers from 2020 (Palmer, Gray, Chandler).

Offense should continue trending up.

No doubt. If the D could just get to mid-pack in the SEC in 3rd down conversions... the O would probably score 7-10 more points per game from the increased opportunities alone.

Tennessee remains a firm contender for Jared Verse, who is back in Arizona. His parents split their visits with Verse as his dad took the Syracuse and Houston visits while mom went to Florida State and Tennessee.

Verse plays thing close to the vest but most think the latter combination are the top two for the Albany transfer. It certainly didn’t feel like he will take that fifth visit in January but in recruiting you don’t close the book on anything in most instances.

Seeing the improvements Coach Hype has made in one year verses FSU, you would think he would want to be a part of a team that is rising than one who hasn't shown any improvement over the pass few years. I made a comment that when West and Pearce signed that they were the cherry on top but if we get Verse that's like adding another scoop of ice cream on top of that! lol GBO!!
