I had a young Indian couple rent an apartment once, and they had been in the country for about a year when they got to my town. The wife ( and dang, she was good looking, about 22, and would wear white t shirts and no bra ( she had an impressive set of firm headlights). She was about 5'5" and 115-120 pounds, long straight, dark hair. Anyway, she called me to come up and check out her kitchen sink drain because it was stopped up. It seems that she had a garbage disposal in her first apartment in this country, and now she didn't. She was unaware that you can't keep stuffing rice down the sink drain, and not completely rinsing it down, but instead leaving it to set up like concrete in the trap.

She also cooked 3 meals a day on top of the stove, and never cleaned the vent filter above it. There was grease all over the apartment.

It's very strange the way the Federal government works. Welfare, Obamacare, Foreign Aide, and on and on are unconstitutional and tons of cash gets shoveled into them.
