Your comparison of Cuba and north Korea is is just .... .well it's dumb- as dysfunctional as Cuba is under the current leadership ...it is relatively open to the wider world with tourism from all over the world.....conversely do you remember Otto warmbier?... one could argue that Cuba's support of the MPLA in Angola helped hasten the end of apartheid in south Africa.. also the U.S. could learn some lessons from the preventative healthcare system in Cuba as they tend to accomplish a lot with so little.
