All things STOCKS

It certainly Could? OTOH, it was in the 40s most of late 2019, and it paid a dividend. I doubt they will be paying one for a while.
The elephant in the room is the virus. Most of the time on cruise you are inside. Public spaces are a problem. Dining rooms have become very crowded in recent years. Most evening shows are performed twice in mostly full venues. Bars, worse than restaurants?

Not saying everything will not be great, but it will at least take an effective vaccine which looks like next year.

Of course, CCL had 650MM shares outstanding when it was in the 40s, it now has almost a billion shares outstanding (factoring in their preferred stock conversion feature). That's some crazy dilution. They've had to borrow $$$ at double digit rates. I think mid 20s is about as reasonable as you can see in next 24 months. That's still a jump from here but it's no more of a jump than LUV, SAVE, MAR, HLT.

Thing is, if they open it up, the cruise sheep will load up in droves. No one ever lost money underestimating the intelligence of the American public.

Depends on the cruise line. Carnival, yes. Holland America, not likely. Both owned by CCL.

Americans stupid?
I know I’m betting my 2,000 shares on them being stupid lol. But to be fair, I was looking at booking one in April, mostly just to help my own cause lmao.

So I don't understand the amount restriction, maybe someone here can help me. If I have 24,800 in my RH account and I want to sell everything off that is not an issue correct? I see the no buying stocks for 90 days restriction (which btw don't scare me with a good time), but can I sell everything I have and be done with it?

Remember when Leon Cooperman said he would crush RH investors. Well sign on to reddit account and look at all the stories of people bag holding. They short something at a generous price point and then everyone loses their shirt! Someone eloquently put it on here " hog eat and pigs go to slaughter" as because we keep wanting more money and aren't happy with 10-15% gains, we take the long run and boom all of sudden it is d-day on our portfolio. I think I am going to take a breather for August besides holding 3 stocks since they are all bags. IDEX, SAVE and DGLY which might run sometime?

I wouldn’t take the month off, maybe just move all the funds to something “safe” and leave it alone. Nike, Disney, Spirit, etc etc....something with actual product rather than just a ticker symbol and 800 sq foot of office space lol.

SAVE (Spirit)? Safe? I did not know this.

Does anyone know of a trading site that has a sell all button or function? I was up about 10% and wanted to move everything out and when I got to some of the stocks they had dropped 5-6%.

I think it will be a safe hold, i mean it isn't shooting below 15.5 so if I bought at 16, what is the worst i could do?

I think with the dilution, you could see a run back to the 12s or 13s if you dont get great economic/vaccine data in the next few weeks...

Save hitting 12 and 13’s again?...no way lol

And I said the exact same thing about AAL a few weeks ago when it was almost $21....

Trump loses, more dilution, no vaccine, more economic issues can get stock back in the 13s. I'm not saying its likely or even probable but it's a definite possibility...

Hey man!...I’m all for it lol more money in our pockets When it gets that low...I’m just saying it’s crazy to think it could get there again because I originally bought in on save at 9$ a share lol so i would 100% support that movement lol

Anybody got an opinion on TRVN? It has climbed steady this week, reports it may touch $4 a share by Friday...
