The mainstream media reportedly posted the message of that tweet as fact. That was when the market turned on a dime and went hugely positive this morning for several minutes before the White House said it was fake news.

All of the puts that I sold last week are currently expiring Friday EXCEPT for the $101 NVDAs. The SMCI and HOOD puts are sitting on gains.

Forming a base. I’m not convinced that we won’t see lower lows in the next couple of months though. Trade/tariff deals can still blow up and their effect on earnings remain to be seen. Mild inflation reports ought to bring lower interest rates (I’m still not used to the Fed being such a driver - it wasn’t long ago that markets set interest rates and the FOMC just followed their lead).

Good time to be a short term, swing, momentum, and/or day trader. Hope we never see something like this play out again though.

You can convert as little or as much as you want as well. Maybe just do high yield debt and high dividend equities and leave other investments in the traditional retirement account(s) as is.
