If anyone can look at the results of the last 5 years with the talent they have and think that's a success, then I don't respect your knowledge of basketball or competitive sports in general. If anyone thinks the results with this coaching staff are going to change, then you have to come to grips with what and why it will be different? We have already have great players. The coaching staff have already had time to put in her system. After next year we lose Nared, Mercedes, and Diamond.

This. After Wilson, NO ONE in that SC lineup scares me. If I were her I would jump ship too as they are no longer a serious contender to repeat and she is about to be THE focal point of the defense with ball denial/double/triple teams every game....

Not really. Mercedes had Deshields and Nared, talent most post players would kill to have around them. Just like Wilson had great talent like Gray, Davis, and Coates (for most of the year).

Next year Mercedes should have even more weapons around her. Wilson will have...... ?

South Carolina could be a lot like we were this year. Everything depends on who can be efficient scorers for them like Wilson. Cliney looks ok and Harris will be back. I expect them to drop to around fifth in the league and still a team that can beat you on any given night.

Seems a bit silly since she's a rising senior.

No. She doesn't need bulk. She needs a trainer who can increase her lower body strength and flexibility. She is knock kneed, and needs a S&C program that specifically addressed this, as it inhibits footwork and lateral mobility.
It's obviously been an issue since she was a kid. I can't believe a HS coach or trainer hasn't helped correct this.

As in, go on to the WNBA with the three other starters who are already going. If you're going to get the hell beat out of you every game like Wilson will next season might as well get paid for it....

My post had nothing to do with her abilities. It has to do with her and a bunch of either unproven players, average players or scrubs.

One player doesn't make a team, unless you're Diana Taurasi circa 2003, and Wilson ain't no Taurasi.
