Yeah, he most definitely dyes his hair. I'd almost bet his hair is fake too. I think the guy has a piece on top. Probably a member of the hair club for men. Looks like this last time, he decided to go with bangs. Just doesn't fit a guy of his age.

For all you gentlemen (and ladies) who wish to defy the advances of time, here's a tip: if you dye your hair, you need to dye your eyebrows too. Not quite as dark as the head hair; maybe one or two shades lighter. (Also dye moustaches and beards, except for the ladies, who preferably would use tweezers instead.)

And a dye job is far more convincing when you leave some grey around the temples and maybe the forehead. Real hair is never all one color.

I was a public figure for a while in Knoxville and would have blown a gasket if anyone would have mentioned my wife in any way.
