exactly, im not anti vaxxer (on stuff that matters i.e. measles, polio, etc) but people are such sheep when it comes to flu shots without ever realizing they are a money racket, pushed by the media and government every year, when in reality they are never more than 20% effectiveYou just listed, why do you need the cdc?
Mine are
1. Pts who weigh 360 lbs while intentionally understaffed
2. Pts who weigh 420 lbs while intentionally understaffed ( makes productivity and the manager look good)
3. Drivers on 64
4. My institution being a$$€$ about flu vaccines for employees so they can reach their ACA rate of 90% for payment. Yet we don't hold any visitor who could be carrying whatever to the same standard.
Fyi: screeching complete, carry on
This is not accurate....there is a reason there are **************...2014-2015 is closer to accurate....they dont seperate Type A and Type B Flu so they take the "highest effectiveness rate" which is pointless because they only count reportable flu cases to the CDC which hospitals and the health department monitor differently, their Infection Prevention teams keep the true numbers... the numbers are nowhere close to accurate and misleading to suggest that one flu vaccine per season is effective to both types of major flu..
Well for those vulnerable populations, who are disproportionately at the hospital, even a 20% less chance of not getting sick is a good thing.and Nurse is correct, the only reasons that hospitals push for employees to have flu shots at a 90% rate is because they get a percentage of money from ACA, and CMS every year based on it...they know it doesnt effect ANYTHING in real life terms except maybe for a small percentage of elderly or infants
they aren't disproportionately at the hospital, again you aren't understanding the point being made...which that flu vaccines are for money and profit, not actual health related benefits...and the media is "given" stories every flu season to hype up and cause alarm for no reason...Well for those vulnerable populations, who are disproportionately at the hospital, even a 20% less chance of not getting sick is a good thing.

Glenn Jacobs and John J. Pershing are alumni of Truman State University.i think it's telling that the media used "church leader" to describe him instead of "college professor"...lol either way it's not "national news"
You need to go overseas to some remote jungle and dig a well or build a bridge or somethingFor the last time I don’t watch CNN my God. And middle class is open for interpretation to this admin. The cows will come home with the mega rich tax cuts and guess who will be bailing us out...again. Not the folks with golden parachutes
