The strike was justified and legal. If he/we are thinking about a regime change or an attack on their military he would need congressional approval. By the way the briefing on this went, he couldn't get it. That's the line that separates a Republic from a military dictatorship.

I played war and cowboys and Indians, and still have 2 of my toy guns. I had a canteen, but have no idea what happened to it. Pretty much all the little boys did that when I grew up.
