I don’t know, why did Obama attend sporting events as president? Why did Bush 43 go to the 2001 college World Series? Why did Clinton go to the ‘94 national title game between Arky and Duke? Maybe because they’re sports fans????

Only 2 were detailed and those are obvious. The examples were bad and trump did it for himself. The way he presented himself looked ridiculous. Whole thing was awkward

The examples were fine. 43 went to the 2001 CWS because he owned MLB team? I believe he was POTUS at the time and it's well known his love for the game of baseball goes well beyond just ownership.

To think of it, Reagan, Ford and Nixon all attended sporting events as well.

Maybe they just like sports.

I find it amusing how with 30-40k Cajuns screaming , yelling and drinking , the thing some were concerned with was a president attending the game . Some of you need to spend less time around MSM and more time around Cajuns for some perspective . Lol

I honestly don’t sit around and analyze how a president “ looks “ if he’s at a sporting event . It’s all a scripted show until the game starts . Everything is planned out and there’s a plan B and C I’m guessing in case they need one .

I didn’t say anyone had to search it out , I said I don’t analyze how it looks . It is what it is . He wanted to be there so he was , he apparently wanted to be out in front instead of hiding in a box so he did . Meh . I read once where a president went to Africa on a safari and shot a bunch of animals . The horror of it all I say . Bully for Trump .
