You do realize Dems called out Boebert not because she and her partner got grabby with each other, but because the GOP (Boebert included) are a bunch of hypocrites professing to be "Christians" possessed of superior morals (when they're obviously not) and wanting to impose those on society at large. Dems are much more laissez faire with a person's private life. We really don't care what consenting adults do with each other. This lady likes to get her freak on and share it with the world. She never claimed to be a saint. But more importantly, she never tried to impose her purported morality on others.

Also, Dems are selective on what they are "laissez faire" about. They have zero qualms about telling people how they should live when it comes to certain things. Both sides have restricting issues they fight for.
