Smiling shyly at the camera and panning to a sleeping Trevor Bauer: This is the woman who accused the LA Dodgers pitcher of sexual assault seen in his bed the morning after the second alleged attack.

Lindsey Hill, 29, claimed the encounter left her battered and bruised when she sued for a domestic violence restraining order in June 2021.

In her application, she said Bauer had punched her in the face during sex leaving her with a split lip and had also left her face scored with 'scabbed' fingernail scratches 'that covered my entire cheek and chin'.

But the new video appears to throw doubt on her claims – with Hill appearing unhurt and smiling in the clip.

Honda is blasted for ordering hundreds of workers at Ohio factory to REPAY part of their bonuses because the company was 'too generous'

Automotive giant Honda has come under fire after it asked workers at one of its US factories to repay hundred of dollars in bonuses they received earlier this month, saying it overpaid many of the checks in error and now needs that extra money back.

The brazen reneging from the car manufacturer came on Tuesday, when staff at the Marysville Honda Motors Co. factory in Ohio - which employs thousands of workers - were sent a memo demanding they give back money from overpaid bonuses.

After announcing the bonuses had been erroneously overpaid in the bulletin Tuesday, brass at the Japanese automaker wrote that workers would have just nine days to decide on how they will pay back the additional sums.

NYC Weatherman Erick Adame fired after his Nude Photos were sent to boss: lawsuit

An Emmy-nominated weatherman for Spectrum News NY1 claims he was fired after someone on an adult webcam site took nude photos of him and sent them to his boss, according to a new lawsuit.

Former NY1 meteorologist Erick Adame, in a statement on Instagram posted shortly after he filed the court papers Monday, announced his termination and revealed that he was getting professional help over what he described as his “compulsive behavior.”

“Despite being a public figure and being on television in the biggest market in the country in front of millions of people five days a week for more than a decade and a half, I secretly appeared on an adult webcam website,” Adame confessed in the post.
