I know a taxi driver in the Philippines that could get him to Knoxville in about 30 min. Doesn't matter where he is starting from. 30 min.

The more you give him to drink, the faster he gets to the next place. What a great night.

:eek:lol::eek:lol::eek:lol: been there, done that. Jeepnie on two wheels on the way to barrio and subic city :dance2: anyone for a game of smiles?

Sorry but who's Rubio?
Tennessee’s football recruiting ties to South Florida keep getting stronger.

University of Central Florida director of player personnel Steve Rubio will join Tennessee’s staff as a recruiting intern, likely next week, UT confirmed Wednesday.

Rubio, a native of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., spent a year as a volunteer assistant coach at St. Thomas Aquinas High School, where he played football, before attending UCF.

While with the Golden Knights, Rubio spent three years as an equipment manager before spending the 2007 season as UCF’s graduate assistant for recruiting and operations.

He later became the school’s full-time director of player personnel.

By NCAA rules, only UT’s nine assistant coaches and head coach Lane Kiffin are allowed to visit prospects.

Other staff members can be involved in the recruiting process, such as arranging visits and contacting high school coaches, as long as they do so from campus and follow all applicable NCAA rules.

Rubio replaces Paul Gonnella, who came to UT from North Carolina early this year. The Vols also are in the process of hiring a director of player personnel, a position that will replace the director of high school relations.

The people on here that are calling him a prima donna, wishy washy, etc. have got to be the %@&$@%$ people on here. That's ingenious!!!! Let's talk poorly about the kid and hope that he still thinks highly of the fans and wants to commit asap!!!!! Yeah , we love our football team...we just talk about future players on message boards negatively. REAL SMART.

I agree wholeheartedly...what people on here don't remember is that these are 17 to 18 year old young men...this is one of the biggest decisions they will ever make in their lives...look how many threads and posts we are making about him in particular...I have said all along that I thought that MA was still a Vol even when he was visiting USuCk...If you don't think that these recruits and their families don't read these posts, you mistaken...go VOLS!

This reminds me of last year (I was not a member yet because I didn't post but trust me I have followed this site for years) with all the craziness going on with Nuke and Bryce Brown. Brown showing up for the open practice and everything. God I LOVE and HATE recruiting.
