Gary Johnson?

I've liked him for a while. The problem is he's a libertarian no matter what he calls himself.

I mean read his wiki. The guy has credentials....

Yeah, that's the guy. I don't know where I got Paul from...

I always thought the buck stopped at the oval office. Obama has somehow learned how to vote "present" even there.

Could the GOP put a socially moderate/liberal candidate on the table please? I'd consider voting for them then. Maybe. Because I'm tired of Obama.

That question is a joke, right? With the social conservatives dominating the GOP at the Congressional level, and the TP the most organized part of the party, there is no way the Republicans run a moederate on social policy issues.

This fiscal conservatism issue matters to a lot of people, yes. But when push comes to shove the far right has all the mo right now in the GOP.

Doubtful.

Gonna have to renew your vows to "hope and change".

And "hope" it works out. Good luck.

Roe v. Wade ruined the GOP.

As a neutral observer, I feel like they sort of do. Or they at least don't embrace her fully. She doesn't realize that she was once a useful idiot, and is now baggage.

Most old school, moderate republicans have always thought she was a sideshow and a liability to the party

Maybe not, but they sure aren't going to win with a social conservative at the head of the ticket
