American Chopper....Senior Vs. Junior

Should be as good an episode tonight as possible. 2 PDJ bikes being built for sturgis. OOC trying to finish one for the same event. While Paul Sr. wreaks havoc with who gets hired and where.....

Definitely looking forward to tonight's show.

* for whatever reason senior now holds a 60% to 40% lead in the TLC poll.

Good show tonight.

Looks like the Sturgis Unveil will be the season finale (dang I have split seasons) 13 episodes. We see what 6, then several months later more. The preview for next week looked Sic!

Finally saw the last episode. GREAT Bikes.

Looking forward to next season. Not sure when that will be. I will check it out and post it or if anyone sees anything feel free to do the same.

They may be the ones going to do the long rumored show centered on Paul junior, with this being the lead in for next season?

Discovery has been for a few months now showing American Chopper episodes in the afternoon 4 a day sometimes. The Senior vs. Junior ones air on Monday nights for five weeks two shows each night. The first two are from last season covering the fight and termination. Then eight episodes over the next 4 weeks leading up to the Sturgis unveiling. The thing is that TLC films 13 episodes for a season following the gang for 6 months that leaves 5 shows unaccounted for... I think all this is right?

They're back....

Great show tonight.

I have a couple of questions. Based on what we are seeing has anyone changed their minds or opinions as to who's most at fault? And who is now making the most effort for reconciliation?

They are definitely spinning it as more of Senior's fault which I agree with and I also agree with Mikey that Senior calls them up trying to be the good guy, but then trashes them on camera and constantly makes fun of what Jr is trying to accomplish. The fact that Sr won't admit Jr is at least partially responsible for their success is mind blowing. Jr should get credit for far more than 20% of it and yet that's all he's asking for.

Sr. can deny Jr.'s abilities. But if you have watched this show and the Bike Shop progress. Senior has very often admitted jr.'s talent. On the very rare occasion applauded his work ethic and speed of progress on projects.
I think Senior is softened his position and trying to open a line of communication. But as it is and what is visually apparent is his ability to verbally dismantle his efforts when his persona reverts from carrying father to anal, control freak- businessman.

Does anyone think their feud is a ploy to get better ratings?

I certainly have given it consideration. I just do not beleive it for a very simple reason. I just don't think they are that good of Actors.
The shows popularity from the beginning has always been Juniors genius, Seniors drive and Mikey eventually becoming a peacemaker then a comedian and artist. With others supporting this foundation. The dysfunctionality has always been there. To beleive it has gone to this level is just not that much of a stretch.
Others will disagree strongly but I just don't see it.

Good show tonight going to check it out again. Poor old Gus, senior crying over his beloved dog. I can't say to much I've done it too.
