I just read the article... oh, this Biden guy... yeah, he's trying to kill the middle class. They don't want people passing down wealth to the next generation. Wow....

Great way to keep minorities down. Home ownership, even passing the family home, becomes onerous. As McDad said this hurts those people just starting out. The rich are rich enough where it wouldnt matter if they paid every cent taxed from them.
