Well, he explained it. Bless his heart. I feel bad for saying anything. But I'm not gonna delete it cause that's how I heard it. But I love the fact that he feels that emotion.

Well, so far, Jacob and Haley are the bottom 2. I didn't necessarily think that James brought it all tonight with that song, but the emotion almost had me crying with him. That's the mark of a true artist, connecting on an emotional level with the audience. That's with any genre too.

Jacob chose a weird one this time. His voice doesn't suit this style I don't think. And he isn't doing a good job singing it either.

I think it will probably end up being James and Scotty in the final. I know this sounds weird, but Lauren hasn't hit a perfect song yet, and both James and Scotty have. Lauren doesn't have a huge wheelhouse either, while both Scotty and James have done a lot of different material. Lauren and James are my favorites, and have been from the start, but I don't think they go against each other in the final. Lauren just needs a little more time to get some more emotion in her voice.

Jacob was all over the place with that one. Judges were being kind, imo.

James and Lauren are safe. Haley and Jacob in trouble. We shall see where Scotty stands after his second song.

I think Scotty has had the strongest night tonight, James in second, and Lauren in third. Time to say goodbye to either Jacob or Hayley, and it doesn't matter which one leaves to me at this point.

Well, looks like Jacob is gone now. Hayley did REALLY well with that song. She needs to stop growling so much though, she has an amazing voice, and I finally heard it tonight. All she has to do is sing, that's it. Simple.

Lauren has the natural talent. She just needs to mature into it. She doesn't have the confidence to just go for it yet. When she does....look out.

I think Jacob had the worst night tonight. Whether that means he goes home I don't know. Sometimes America surprises us. lol

Lauren is top 3 in vocals. If Jacob isnt gone I dont know what to think.

Haley has an amazing voice. And I love the Haley growl. She can growl at me any time.

I love, Love, LOVED it! Their harmony is amazing. The fact that it made me think of my husband (and get sad and cry) might be part of the reason I liked it so much. :)

Lauren's gonna have to go for it if she wants to win. If she can't find it in herself to take the risk and sing with everything she's got, then she isn't ready for the change it would bring to her life. She's still really young. It isn't like her career would be over if she doesn't win. She's just getting started.

I know who I am for to win this thing. But as I read and have read the reviews and media over the season I can't beleive the special interest as to the musical association\genre as to what is printed. pop, rock, county and what ever their readership or core interest is dominates what is written by reporters, bloggers and such. The only true reporting going on, not that it is not slanted seems to be the local papers of the contestants who seem to be the only ones not wanting to get ahead of themselves.

Has it always been this way? I was draw into watching more this year because of Durbins story and because they for the first time have a true child of rock and roll. Which has brought a new type of voter to the show and in mass.
