No, no, no, no. You don't get it. luther is a liberal therefore he sees everything as an entitlement. They are entitled to that seat on the SCOTUS.Rightfully? Rightfully would be having control over the senate and WH when the next vacancies come up. What you are advocating is a childish temper tantrum.
Didn't we have a black president for 8 years? How is it that he allowed it to continue? This systemic thingy.... how is it that it still exists? Or did Trump start that all up? Bottom line is that I guess Zero sucked as bad as we have been telling you since he basically accomplished nothing after he lost the senate.
Yes he should have had the chance. Wouldn't have mattered since he didn't have the support from the Senate but a no vote should have occurred. Nothing was stolen though since he simply didn't get an interview for the jobYou're saying Obama should have filled the empty seat in 2016? I agree. He wasn't allowed to. The seat was stolen.
So in other words, it is wired into everyone. What you won't acknowledge is that we are all different. You want us to be like the gray people in the memes, but the only way you have of doing that is at point of a gun... which by the way, ONLY government will have... if you get your way. But then you turn and hyphenate any group you feel is disenfranchised... African-American.... Gay-American.... So the hypocrisy right there is palpable. You want a homogenous society yet you want special treatment for some. Which is it, because it is in fact an either/or issue. It will exist as long as long as many people on here continue to have the opions they ha ve and pass them down to their children
Kind of like you wanting Trump removed by any means (legal) possible, right there, luther?Again, you are saying that it is acceptable to do whatever is legally allowed in order to stack the court in your favor.....
without regards to precedent or ramifications.

Why not 18 months? Or maybe two years? Is one year the magic number now for the repubs? And the appropriate response would be to refuse to hold hearings/vote the next time an R is in his last year and the Dems have the senate. What you are proposing is akin to shooting someone because they pulled your hair.
