Man slow down friend, being a 20 year old in K town, My goodness I'd like to have a buck ever time I made an azz of my self drinking when I was young, at least he was on foot. As far as NCAA. Come on. bray make a comment about getting paid via school education. Don't read to much into it. As far as coaches I expect and hope for a well known and proven coach with a long term track recordrecord,,,,

I read an article saying that, if Auburn gets hammered by the NCAA for recruiting violations it could void Chizik's buyout. I wonder if the same would go for Dooley's buyout?

No way we paid CP, we were still awaiting sanctions by the NCAA that were just passed out. So I also have to say, the rumor about Bray is bogus as well. If the NCAA had even smelt something suspicous from UT, thy wouldn't have settled our account 2 weeks ago. I have to go with a 'negative ghost-rider" on this rumor.:no:

It would have to have been done under 2 different coaching staffs years apart since Bray was already in class when we hired Dooley and Patterson wasn't recruited until 3 years later. They could have at least picked 2 more reasonable recruits to lie about.

A couple of years ago, I read on here a rumor from a guy in BUcksnort and he said that Chuck Smith would soon leave the U.T. program. We all dismissed it as
a rumor and made fun of the guy. Then a couple of days later, it came true.

Last summer, we heard that DaRick was off of the team and was transferring to Georgia State. We all dismissed it because a few days later, he was in the weight room with all of the other players. He did indeed get dismissed from the team and did transfer.

This rumor about "pay to play" may be true.

The only one that I know of who could possibly know that is the linebacker from last years recruiting class who is on the Arkansas team..... Maybe he is the source.....

Aaron Craft was the source of Pearl's issues....

I hope he is that credible. That's the guy who said Cowher is coming to UT to be the D coordinator under Gruden

1. Underage kids in college drink. It happens. At least he didn't throw his beer bottles at someones car when he was done, and at least he got arrested as far away from the 2013 season as he possibly could.

2. Is this based on anything other than Bray stupidly saying "I get paid to win games"?

3. Gruden's available... what else do you want? :)

4. Not sure what this is about?? But for a guy who couldn't coach to save his life he was actually able to recruit way above what he should have IMO. Plus he was the recruiting coord. under Saban at LSU when they won a NC. Recruiting might have been the only thing Dooley did half way decent.

5. The sky isn't falling. Better days are coming.

Exactlly, people act like if we dont hire a guy BEFORE HIS SEASON IS OVER then Cheek and Hart are just sitting around playing Chinese Checkers.

Doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out they will announce the hiring before bowl season. If its after first of year then i would be the first to say WTH is going on up there.

If you bring up recruiting and people are going to bail...um no they wont for one reason. The want to see who next coach is and if they jump ship before they announce the coach would you have really wanted them anyways?!?!
