with a torn ACL suffered in camp. Hate to see players go down like this, and he is as talented as anyone at his position.

Hurts the return game, too. Probably not the end of the world with as many great athletes as they have. Who will return, UF fans? And who will be the starting WRs?

I thought he was a can't miss prospect out of high school. I think he came into college with a season ending injury. Hate to hear it.

"Don't need him anyway"

he has 29 career catches in 3 seasons. what do you think? losing out on that .75 catches for 14 yards per game for his career may be critical

having said that, i hate this for him (as i would for anyone). word is he was starting to understand you actually have to work hard.

don't know if he will take a redshirt and come back

Debose had 3 catches for 15 yards last year, and truth be told he drove the coaching staff nuts with poor work ethic.

That said, his special teams contributions will be missed.

If Hargreaves turns out to be the real deal, Purifoy might be a WR full time. UF has no shortage of corners.

Don't know if the coaching staff wants him back.

In before our Gator Trolls say "We already had 3 5* and 2 4* who were scheduled to take his place. He really wasn't going to see the field that much anyway. Not a loss"
