Well, he only has 1.27 MM left in campaign funds for his legal defenses so my guess would be as soon as his defense burns through that money. This would be plenty of time for his rehabbed image and changes to become relevant.

Gillum also used the post to acknowledge some of the woes that were weighing on the country, from the coronavirus pandemic to the national reckoning on race following the killing of George Floyd in Minnesota. He said feeling the challenges of being a Black man in America had also taken its toll on his mental health, driving him to "look for other ways to take off that pressure." Some people would turn to a hobby, but Gillum seemed to find solace in meth fueled orgies with other men. Having your gay escort overdose on meth while he's on the clock seems like a poor way to honor George Floyd, but then again this author comes from a position of privilege and could never understand the infinite complexities of black culture.

Basically saying he is a victim;
