Anti-Trump Hysteria and Silliness

How many "not my President" trumpeters out there?

And you can really say this with a straight face?

I still try to believe that most people are reasonable and rational, even though this past election and the PF put that belief to a serious test.

The irrational hatred of Obama and Clinton surpasses the mostly rational hatred of Trump. Trump went out of his way to bring this on himself, again that's what many of his supporters seemed to love most about him.

I don't think I'm trolling, but I've never been real clear on the definition. I do believe what I said, if that makes any difference.

Here's where you went totally wrong:

The irrational hatred of Obama and Clinton surpasses the mostly rational hatred of Trump.

Just no. Conservatives didn't go out and start riots because Obama won a second term. Or even a first for that matter. So, you either are a complete troll to make such statements or completely detached from reality.

You follow up your first sentence with the most partisan, ignorant, mouth-diarrhea inducing sentence.

Millions of people didn't wish to vote for Trump but did so anyway because of their "anybody but Hillary" stance. This stance was based on an irrational hatred created through propaganda. Propaganda is most effective when the people do not even realize they have been propagandized - like North Korea.

One hundredth of one percent may be involved in some form of "riot" type behavior. I'm more focused on the other 99.99%.

You guys get blinded to reality by the 0.01%. That's where you go totally wrong.

Low-level Volprofesque style trolling. Right where you belong.

Yes. And thinking Hillary F'n Clinton is unfairly judged is downright stupid on every level.

....and North Koreans think we have been wanting to nuke them for the past 60 years. ISIS thinks the US is the devil incarnate. Propaganda is an amazing thing, both at home and abroad.

No. This issue should not be swept under the rug. I can't believe anyone on this board would not support the release of his taxes. Why *wouldn't* you want transparency?

His taxes will likely prove/disprove much of the speculation about potential Russian financial connections, his charitable contributions, his effective tax rate, etc.

I side with the Congressional Democrats and some of the Republicans who have threatened to stop any tax reform in its tracks, until the Donald puts his big-boy pants on and releases his taxes like the past 40 years of Presidents have.

"We’re going to win so much, you’re going to be so sick and tired of winning, you’re going to come to me and go ‘Please, please, we can’t win anymore.’ … You’ll say ‘Please, Mr. President, we beg you sir, we don’t want to win anymore. It’s too much. It’s not fair to everybody else, and I’m going to say ‘I’m sorry, but we’re going to keep winning, winning, winning.'"

Republicans hate blacks and hispanics. Hate women. Want to kill all the gays. Blah blah.

I understand how ridiculous propaganda works. Hillary doesn't need propaganda for rational people to despise her.

Even if they are released and picked apart, do you really think some are going to accept the content? It will change from "he's hiding stuff!" to "it was doctored and fake!"

Even after Obama released his birth certificate, how many people still carried on the "it's fake!" screeching? You're quite the Simple Jack if you think the opposition is just going to accept it and go home.

Nice Simple Jack reference

you're a complete loon. trump doesn't need to release his taxes, just like obama didn't release his college transcripts or his college papers.

even if trump released his taxes, you still would not be happy. you sharia lefties can't pin him on anything so you just keep grasping for straws.

You moron, soldiers don't fight and die for the flag.

The flag means something to most Soldiers, as does the country, family and friends....probably true for any "professional" military force.

But...you are correct. They give their all for their fellow Soldiers and sometimes die...mostly due to the circumstances they're operating in, but not for a flag per se.

It means something to me, as it reminds me of my brothers and sisters that stood shoulder to shoulder through the good and the bad.

$100 says you lost sleep over Obama's transcripts.

Don't front. You know you did.

Interesting. Didn't think it warranted a new thread, though.

http://nypost.com/2017/04/17/clinton-apologized-to-obama-on-election-night/

The White House urged Clinton to concede as Trump claimed battleground states — some by slim margins — because Obama wanted to avoid a messy recount.

“You need to concede,” Obama told Clinton directly, later repeating the instruction to her campaign chairman, John Podesta, for good measure.

The directive came after Clinton ignored previous messages from White House staff to throw in the towel.

The 3 or 4 most recent years would be good for personal taxes. Any business suspected of possible association with questionable Russian entities should also release, unless there's something to hide.....which is the conclusion many are jumping to.

A political candidate should never be asked nor required to display anything more than their personal financial disclosure and if they choose their personal tax return.

He is hiding his close associations with foreign entities (mainly Russian). At least that's the suspicion. If it's not true, release the returns. Otherwise live with the resulting growing suspicion.

You think these close Russian associates would be disclosed in his tax returns? :good!:
