The Republicans are terrible. And Trump has been a let down from day 1. I've said as much several times. I'm not here to plead a case for Donald Trump.

It doesn't make the ridiculous speculation about a Trump-Putin connection any more palatable. You grabasses hang onto any piece of twitter commentary or allegation and twist it into a guilty charge. Still with absolutely zero proof.

I'm just letting you know that you're going to end up disappointed. Especially the ones who have invested so much energy into this witch hunt.

The darker the clouds hanging over the Trump administration the less likely it is he succeeds in implementing his agenda; at a minimum, it should increase his need to compromise. To me, that's a win.

I would love to see an improved health care bill. Compromise seems to be the biggest hurdle. Trump's incompetence should lead to an increased willingness on both sides to compromise. They have to realize by now that following Trump's directives may not be the wisest course.
