Antifa at it again

Quite a bit of commentary from state and federal officials urging people not to buy into the Qanon and other right wing loon site claims that the fires are set by Antifa. It is a totally false claim.

So of course the doofus clan on here is hook lkne and sinker on it.

Course not. Antifa doesn't exist. Peaceful protesters will immediately be released. This is climate change. Mostly peaceful arson.

The police and forestry service state otherwise. Arrests have been made, someone's lying. Why?

I think the delusional ones are those who are clinging to the belief that many if not most of these fires aren't being set intentionally.
Wildfires are typically man made. The only way they are started by nature really is by lightning. Lightning is rare in the American west in the summer. So, the culprit is almost always humans. However, it is giant f#&$ing leap to assume this is some sort of partisan attack for political reasons. That's where you guys are getting into tinfoil hat territory.

Morons start forest fires mostly by accident, but people are dumb and like to light crap on fire occasionally too. There's no rhyme or reason for it other than that humans are careless and/or stupid.

Arrests are made for arson all the time. Doesn't mean it's ISIS, the KGB, the Illuminati, Lizard People, Pizzagaters, NAMBLA, Martians or Antifa.

Climate change is what makes the fires hard to put out (longer droughts due to increasingly long dry seasons), not what makes them start. At least understand what your opponent is arguing if you want to make a compelling argument against it.

Yeah okay address my sarcasm and lecture me on it. You sound devoid of a sense of humor like your comrades.

Iโ€™m way off topic here but.....I stumbled into an article that was about how native Americans would set fires to cleanse the lands and encourage new growth. They had the original controlled burn programs. Itโ€™s more or less in support of what youโ€™re saying. They knew that if they let it go a rare natural fire would be devastating.

Actually, the reason they are hard to put out is because of years of interference by man allowing dense undergrowth.

Man has had a impact on nature for sure. But there only answer is for everyone to give up just about all the luxuries we enjoy and go back to an agrarian way of life, and that ain't gonna happen. Best we can do is slow it down slightly but the impact on lives and human population would be drastic and no one has the stomach for it.
