I may get killed by UGA lovers but I thought UGA looked mediocre the 1st half and they looked the same as they did the whole game vs UK. Alabama is really good but a lot of the ineptitude of UGA first half made Bama look great JMO.…only drop a spot or 2 and remain above us in the AP due to the drama and epic comeback?

The rankings don't really matter at this point the best thing that UGA did was come back and make it close final score, talking heads will talk about it for a week to bring in ad revenue. So I think with the aid from the media UGA gets in to the Final 12 with 3 losses.
Who knows a lot have talked about it, but UK was in the same position vs UGA on 4th down as they were at OM and punted and never got a chance to win. Stoops did totally opposite vs OM and converted the 4th down and won. Never know but if he went for it and scored at Home, UGA would have 2 losses now. UGA is a good team but their not world beaters as they were in 2022 with Bowers Stetson McConkey etal.
Except they were running the exact same plays that quit working after Georgia adjusted.Alabama took their foot off the ️ in the second and third quarters. Beck ain’t all that’s he’s great at throwing dig routes and slants and he can hit some throws in the middle of the field. But if you get him off his spot, he’ll give you opportunities as evidenced tonight
I wouldn’t say that. DeBoer has a lot more up his sleeve. Yes, Georgia adjusted but I think Alabama got comfortable being up by that margin. Either way, Tennessee matches up well with both. Whether we win really depends on the turnover battle and Nico playing his best hard to win a game when your QB has 4 turnovers (Beck).Except they were running the exact same plays that quit working after Georgia adjusted.
It was clear that Alabama held a lot back that they had not done so far this year. And it worked great….for a quarter.
Georgia will beat Bama by 14 in a rematch
If he had more up his sleeve he would have used it in the second half when he was in full panic meltdown mode.I wouldn’t say that. DeBoer has a lot more up his sleeve. I get what you’re saying but I still think Bama got a bit complacent with the playcalling. Remember, first year playcaller in Nick Sheridan since DeBoer’s main OC went to the NFL with the Seahawks. If he had more up his sleeve he would have used it in the second half when he was in full panic meltdown mode.
Beck is overrated. It’s insane that he played as bad as he did and Bama needs an int in the end zone late to save the game
Here’s the thing with play calling. It was nothing special. They ran 5 plays that worked really well for a quarter and a half. When Georgia adjusted they had nothing else.I get what you’re saying but I still think Bama got a bit complacent with the playcalling. Beck is definitely overrated. He throws the slants/digs well but outside the numbers he doesn’t really drive the all that great for someone who gets #1 pick hype.
I’ve watched DeBoer’s offenses for the last 5 years. He’s got a lot more up his sleeve but for some reason I think he got conservative instead of going for the jugular. That game should’ve never come down to the last 2 minutes. Here’s the thing with play calling. It was nothing special. They ran 5 plays that worked really well for a quarter and a half. I think the second half was more indicative of the 2 teams that the first. Georgia would be favored in a rematch
Milroe looked ustoppable in the first half. It’s like UGA was completely unprepared for him. I’m not sure if it was Georgia adjusting or Bama going conservative, or a combination of both. But they managed to shut Bama down for a large portion of the 2nd half.I’ve watched DeBoer’s offenses for the last 5 years. Again, I understand Georgia adjusted and showed incredible resolve. But I also believe Bama stopped executing/lost momentum. The worst team you can do that to is Georgia lol
