I'm sorry but, Morgan, Pickens, and Harper were the best triplets we ever had. I love Meech, Smith, and JS but, they didn't make Clausen and Ainge better. Morgan, Pickens, and Harper made Andy Kelly look great and were all drafted in the NFL.

If they were solid players, then they lived up to their rankings, IMO.

Maybe, But that doesn't put you in the Pickens, Harper, and Morgan league. And that is what I was referring to.

IMO. Meachem lived up(which made him more than solid). The other 2 were solid, but not what I expected out of the recruiting rankings. Which I try not to put much weight in, but is hard not to do.

That is a heck of a quote! A recruit goes on a recruiting trip and watches practice, delays his flight, and says he didn't expect to see something??!! What the heck happened? Did Berry levitate across the field or something??

It was much more phenomenal than that!!!!!!!!!

Crompton went 11-of-14 for 173 yards in the scrimmage yesterday and hit his first 9 in a row. Also threw for a couple of touchdowns.

meachem was awesome dont get me wrong but every year it was like alright when is he going to finally break out and live up to his physical ablility. he only really started to produce like he should have his senior year. not trying to be a debbie downer or bash him but i just wish it hadnt taken so long for him to figure it out. but hey thats sports. love the guy and i love seeing what hes doing in the league.
