Any news on Maggitt injury rehab?

I also said they were good in different areas. Maggitt was as solid as AJ their freshman year. the best case for me cam in the NCSU game last year, Maggitt was all over the field until he got hurt. I have not said that one is better than the other - I think they are about equal when healthy and together they make a VERY solid combo.

Sorry that no one can vary from your opinion, that'd just be asinine.

We just need to hug it out imo. Seriously, I get what you're saying, and it's all good.

You 2 get a room.

With re. to the post about Maggitt being All Freshman SEC, remember Propst won that award a couple of years ago as well. It seems that MOST of those awards are won by mediocre teams where freshmen are able to crack into the starting lineup.

I do think that if Maggitt, Johnson, and Sapp can stay healthy, we will have a truly awesome 4-3 this year!

I don't know of anyone other than you, the OP, and possibly Maggitt's mom and dad who think he is better than AJ.

You can add me to the list. I like AJ but someone needs to explain to him how slow he is so he can take better angles. I'm way out in Seattle, can you handle that for me, Fade? :)

He's not essential until September 14. He tore it on Nov. 10 2012.

10 months and 4 days to get ready. I say he suits up for Oregon in playing shape.

You can make whatever educated guess you want, but my info is directly from Curt, so TIFWIW.

Also you guys disputing who is a better commodity between Curt and AJ.. well the main difference (and one I hope to see) is Curt coming off the edge. He is a HUGE mismatch in blitz packages and he has put on a lot of good weight. He's much bigger than the last time most of you have seen him.

Other than that both of them are monsters on the field. LET DEM BOYS EAT.

Too Maggitt to quit!!!

1. Give him all the time he needs to rehab.
2. Limit his play when he is hurt. We know how he kept getting worse last year.
3. CBJ conditioning program should help a lot.

Is Brewer in his spot until he comes back? And if so, didn't he do pretty well in the O and W game?

You said he was more disciplined and takes straighter lines....sounds like an endorsement over AJ if you ask me, which is just asinine.

Maggitt was never healthy last year, but watch the sack-fumble in the NC State game to see how his speed helps in the LB corps, after that, he missed a game, then was recovering from his injury, then tore his ACL. I don't know if he's better than AJ, but he is faster, so they have their own strengths.

Months ago I told you all that there was a decent chance you wouldn't be ready for fall. He said he is not 100 percent then he will not be on the field risking getting injured any further. I hung out with the guy two nights ago and he said he's making progress but he is not close to 100% percent. I want to see him on the field as bad as you all do but unless he's 100 percent he will not be playing.
I don't like the sound of that.
