DW not having a big time coach in the wings before he hired Kellie was incompetence at its finest. We got turned down by every big time coach that he interviewed which is why we are stuck with Caldwell.

Very happy we “got stuck“ with the best coach available. My first choice from the beginning.

She’s a glorified intern. I’m pretty sure all she did was scout other teams. She was on the bench with her clip board. My guess is stat tracking or other team scout.

Her role wasn’t pertinent enough for me to care. She’s probably gone tho.

Oh, that would be a good move. I bet that is the play. I want to make it clear, I wish nothing but the best for the former (or soon to be) staff but you can't make change partially.
