I feel kinda silly for having read this thread...but anyway, I had a friend who tried out for the VOL Cheerleading team. She was awesome and made it to the final cut. They told her that the she was talented but did not have enough sex appeal and she was not ugly by any means! They are lookin' out for you boys!

Given the girls they trot out that look like 12 year olds, I worry about who they are trying to “sex appeal” to.

Agreed. Some of our cheerleaders are smoking hot but several look like they are underage and underdeveloped. Given some of the talent I've seen at games, I think we could field better in the looks department.
