Sadly, people acting like immature, unknowledgable kids is more the norm here on VN.

This is the computer age but most on here will argue that recruits and their parents never come here to read and try to learn things even though it's been proven they do, LOL.

Always keep in mind that lots of people on here really are NOT Tennessee fans but are fans of other teams that are here to stir up negative garbage as much as they can to attempt to hurt our recruiting efforts.

New HC, New assistants, new era should equal a new opportunity for some of our players to try and prove themselves and become solid members of our team so hopefully the 2 mentioned will make positive steps forward and become good help for our footVol team.

Time will tell.

Unfortunately VolNation has been steadily following the demise of the program. I'm all in for CBJ and his football team to put us back on the map and change some attitudes here. It's as if some have forgotten who we are. :hi:

I had no idea Dante was back. Why is the press so eager to jump on a story when he heads home, but how do I not know he came back?!? I'd like to think i follow the team pretty closely.

Don't have access to the sight but on 247 they are doing a year one recap and Deion Bonner was up. I went on the board and it sounds like he is still on the team and will be apart of next years squad.

Because the local press would prefer to keep everything negative vs. providing any good news to us Vol fans.

It would be huge if both are still on the team....especially Phillips. That dude is nearly as big as Mt. McCullers. If he gets in shape this offseason, we should have a mammoth DLine.

Eventhough there were many weaknesses on team the secondary did stand out as the worst unit. Just no playmakers, very few pass breakups and poor tackling and it seemed we were much slower than many teams. Bonner has length and speed could be a difference maker if he gets his act together.
