don't squash her dreams :)

I've had lessons, hit the range frequently, hit balls of my back porch, chip in some neighborhood green space, use a putting mat, and play somewhat regularly.... and I still manage to find the water hazard, fairway houses, and occasionally the ground before the ball. It's a tough game.

don't give up now, my only advice is try to avoid hitting the houses

trying to save a few windows

Never hit a window. I've rattled some roofs though. Funniest barnstormer I've witnessed was a partner duck hooking a 3 iron tee shot into some stucco about 10 feet above a gentleman enjoying a cigar in his rocking chair. I've broad-sided a duck on a pond and nearly caught a rebounded ball that I blocked right into a tree about 20 yards away. Fun times.

I need to dial down my swing about 10%. It's so hard though.... Messes up my timing. I go beyond parallel a lot, esp with the big stick. The flip side: if I get it, 300+.

Haha, check. No joke, a guy I played with almost got a hole in one off a roof at Royal Oaks in Maryville. Rolled right over the hole.

that would be one to remember

I'd dial it down to just parallel or below and take 260-270 in the fairway all day

I hit one into an occupied swimming pool once. :)

I also had a hole in one 21 years ago.
