That was really special of the Missouri fans!!!! They let their old league have it......the SEC way! It does me really good to see them excited to be one of us. Congrats MIZZOU!!

Oh, please. People need to lighten up. The Big XII commissioner has been bad-mouthing Mizzou and A&M, and all of the other bitter/jealous Big XII fans act like Missouri did them so wrong by taking a better deal and going to the SEC. I hope they all harbor those angry feelings for a loooooong time.

As soon as they actually join the sec...it's fine. But it's true that they are being s*** on by their own conference.

And I Just found this in the ESPN rapid reaction:

Miscellaneous: It was a bit of an awkward moment when Big 12 interim commissioner Chuck Neinas presented the Tigers with the championship trophy about five minutes after the final horn. Neinas has been ultra-critical of Missouri's decision to leave the Big 12 for the SEC. He was booed heavily.

Mizzou was also disrespected by the coaches in the Big 12. Frank "Who?" Haith took over the team after leaving powerhouse Miami and led them to the most wins in a season for Mizzou. He was voted #3 by the coaches for coach of the year in the big 12. Really?

Lots of sour grapes from Kansas fans and Bill Self has been leading the charge lately with his mouth by stating that KC was a KU town. When you saw all the Mizzou players after the championship game, saying "this is our town" and "Kansas City, MISSOURI" ....that was what that was about. Apparently Bill Self has forgotten how Mizzou has dismantled KU at Arrowhead Stadium.

I think a lot of what Self has been saying is his attempt at posturing to keep the big 12 tourney in KC (where it belongs).
