You can Google search the image to track 'em down to give them the benefit of your expertise. I use a BGE on my ribs, eat them - don't stand around taking pictures. (Char on the ends look like an offset smoker, by the way)Those are over cooked. Major pull on the left, right side none. Next time cook at 225 and sauce 30 mins before removing from the smoker. Better yet, try a smoker, looks like it was on gas due to the hard char on bottom.
