Anyone else surprised MTSU has more players in Super Bowl 58 than UT?

any single year it can happen. not a thing to freak out about. Maybe an issue or showing how rough we have been if MTSU had put more players in the super than we had over a period of time like a decade.

also no control about which schools players go to what NFL programs, or even how involved they are. so I don't think you can blame/hold it against a school either.

NFL rosters are crazy...if you look at the league as a whole, a large number of players do not come from the traditional 'Power 5' schools, but from the mid-majors and G5 schools.

Any thoughts to why that happens?
Is it a 'big fish, little pond' scenario where a player at a G5 school has more exposure and opportunity to showcase his skill set for scouts?

Why don't you just admit you don't know anything about the NFL
I know quite a bit. Probably just as much as you. But since you are blessed with such great NFL
Knowledge. You can bless us all with naming all the defensive backs in the NFL and return men. Both kickoffs and Punts. Bet you can’t. So now I get another ignorant poster to deal with.

Kids from those schools are just as talented. They get great development too.
