Apparently UK has the next EB...

McCat has developed a short fuse of late. Too bad....seems like an ok guy.

You can't be too sensitive when setting up camp on another teams board.

I'm not typically short-fused, but people should also use some thought to posting with reason. I don't really care for flame wars but I will voice my opinion when I disagree. Hell, they DID lift it from a Kentucky board. Do we expect them not to look forward to the season? Is it not a compliment that EB was mentioned as a gold standard? I don't get it, I guess.

The best part is that the kid has yet to qualify and its not looking too good for him getting there apparently.

Oh give it a rest. It's not like Tennessee has anything special happening since 1998.

Not that I'm in your corner McCat cause I'm not. However, I have to agree with your comment when it comes to Vols fans acting snotty. What they say about KY, Fla. and Ala., probably say about Vols now. It's said be careful which monkey you step on as you climb the tree, you'll meet them again on the way down. I think that's lost on some of our fans in Volnation.

Now, about the Eric Berry-like guy you cats are lauding, even I doubt that. But I'd like to think I'm smart enough to know that CDD isn't the only one who can find gems under stones left unturned by everyone else. So while I doubt your Glenn-Eric find it isn't an impossible notion. Since I do live in your state and know some decent Kentuckians, I hope you have a decent season but still lose to my Vols of course. :peace2:

They both root for teams that one combined win against Tennessee in the past quarter century+.

Word: they root for their team come hell or high water. We on the other hand viciously turn against our players at the drop of a hat. Current hate object is Tauren Poole. Makes you wonder what "fan" actually means in Volnation.

It's not like the Cowboys have anything to brag about since 1995(or whenever they last won), oh wait... you cheer for the Colts too. It's easy to brag when you cheer for multiple teams. Good job! Enjoy cheering for Peyton Manning... He's what, 4-0 against Kentucky?

Tee was 3-0
Casey Clausen was 3-0
Even Rick Clausen was 2-0

Let's see here... Heath Shuler, Erik Ainge, Jonathan Crompton... it feels like we've had something like 26 years worth of starting QBs that are undefeated against Kentucky.

Don't forget Andy Kelly and Jeff Francis.

On the bright side, I landed lower level seats at Rupp for the UK vs UNC hoops game.

The hype around that game is already ridiculous. So much so that the game can't possibly live up to it. I would sell those a week before the game and make some serious $$$.

Im not going to pretend I read all of the comments, but, I read a few, and noone corrected the OP for saying he was Ky's version of Berry.

I hate to be THAT guy, but I'm pretty sure that Tee was 2-0. Correct me if I'm wrong.
