Are the baseball stadium and arena open on football game days?

I was wondering if the baseball stadium and basketball arena are open to the general public on football game days just to stop in and take a look? On a map, it doesn’t look like they are far from Neyland. Less than a mile?

TBA is a few hundred yards away. It’s been a few years, but I’ve taken cover in there and watched many a basketball practice on football game days.

I read where among the improvements to the baseball stadium is also naming rights.Why don't we go with Kroger field,or IGA field,or Halsom field.What the hell is wrong with Lindsey Nelson?If we do this,when will we rename Neyland Stadium,orShield-Watkins field?Why not Panasonic Stadium or...

Always thought that back in the day when the Vols were really rocking in football that TBA could have been better utilized for big games.

Say the Florida games in the late 90s when tix cost the GDP of a small country and we're still impossible to find. Open up TBA for a watch party for those who could not get tix and still wanted to be close by the excitement
