Do other fan bases act like we do? Did KY fans hover over their chat site waiting for any and all news about who their new coach would be (regardless of whether or not it was the truth)? All I'm familiar with is my love for my Vols and the love my fellow Vols have for our team and school. So, are we normal?

No, very dysfunctional family because to many older fans left that remember what it was like to WIN. Once they are all dead thenTennessee will be in total apathy about football. This is UT's goal. They dream of enclosing Neyland and making it a giant volleyball arena.

Still have fans that care.. History is hard to erase from people's memory.. It will be back. Can't keep it down forever..

No we are definitely abnormal when it comes to football. We expect to win 2 to 3 SEC titles every ten years and certainly a National title in that time span. I think more reasonable expectations should be 9 win seasons unless we get someone who can recruit with Florida, Alabama, Georgia, and LSU and that is gonna be difficult to do.

Kentucky fans went bonkers over the rumors of Calipari coming there...Of course the bastid did and is now torturing the rest of the SEC and country....Damn We need Gruden.

No this fanbase isn't normal. I've never read so much crap in my life. It is funny, though.

I especially get amused at the reactions VolReporter is getting. People are calling for his banning because nothing that he has written has come true. If that's the criteria for banning, then there won't be 10 posters on this site.
