To the other nine:  There is a difference between rooting and blind loyalty.  Read the posts of the three that know this difference and learn.

Then there are those that have full belief that UT is a better team that will win. We have shown many a times that we can do it and the last time we did beat you at UF.

By my count that's 9-3 against being nervous about the Florida game.

To the three that admitted they were:  Good for you for being objective and honest.

Of course you should be nervous!!  Florida is good.  Maybe you will be better.  But to not be nervous and to not recognize the distinct possibility that UT might lose is just silly.

I always recognize the distinct possibility of losing... but thats no reason to be "nervous". I've got 3 boys under the age of 5 and can think of alot of things to be nervous about, but one of them is not losing a dadgum football game. One other thing, I don't like being called a liar. :nono: I am honest when I look at facts, stats, the fine details and say that I am confident that Tennessee will win and am not nervous. However, they play the game on the field because opinions don't win games and I do realize that Florida may win. If Miss State can beat Florida last year and Vanderbilt can beat Arkansas this year.... anything can happen. Its too early to know if Meyer's offensive schemes will work in a top-notch league like the SEC. He may be the next coming of Spurrier, or he could make Gator fans long for the days when they were winning at least 8 games and losing only 5 under Zook  .
