I've been doing work outside all day just turning in. How on earth does Dempsey Racing get a 3 minute penalty for spinning tires in the pits? How is that avoidable?

I suppose holding in the clutch longer and a bit less gas. But then again I ain't trying to launch a 450hp car with a racing clutch.
