It's Quixotic. Upon finding out that their dragon was in fact just a windmill, they moved on to the next thing that is absolutely a dragon and cannot possibly be anything else.

I have said and I will continue to say it's not about Trump for myself (I can't speak for others). To say there was no election fraud confirmed is a ridiculous statement. While the count of the ballots was confirmed for Joe, you have to actually look at how they got to those numbers. Were any of the ballots that were counted fraudulant? According to the report there were many many ballots that were counted that should have not been counted but that fact has just completely been ignored by the media. What about the EMS Database & Logs Purged, Files Deleted? Crickets from you guys on that. This is a crime and somebody needs to be locked up. Once again, crickets from you. I encourage everybody to actually read the report from the Cyber Ninjas and don't focus on the count of the ballots but were any ballots counted that should not have been. Of you will read the actual report and get your head out of the sand you will see that this was anything but an honest fair election.

One thing that has definitely been established is all of you people who have been screaming that the audit was not credible because the audit team was biased were simply wrong. They have been nothing short of professional throughout this entire process and have had to battle Maricopa County the entire time to get any explanations or information.

I will end this by saying it's clear to many many Americans that Biden is an illegitimate President. I know that many of you will do whatever you can to argue on his behalf simply because your hatred for the previous administration is so great. It's also clear that every move that this administration has made is a move to destroy America as we know it.

If you don't have the ability to critically sit down and read and understand the report, I no longer will waste my time with you...Read the report. They simply reported their findings and all of the anomalies that they found. The media and many of you chose to simply ignore the anomalies. It's funny how many of you are also ignoring the files that got deleted which would probably clarify a lot of the anomalies that exist. I mean let's be honest, anytime filles are illegaly deleted it is a sure sign that somebody is trying to hide something. At the end of the day, I realize we will never agree on this. I have quit posting in this thread because at this point I know that will never change and I'm moving on.

I haven’t read the CN report but most those claims about duplicate votes by a person and duplicate ballots are easily proven or disproven. If you add up all votes with no issues and those that CN claim have issues that number will either equal X (non-issue votes plus issue votes at a value of 1 vote each) or Y (non-issue votes plus issue votes at a value of 2 votes each). Either that’s included in the report from CN or it’s not. I don’t see how this could possibly be in dispute. It’s a simple calculation. If it’s not in the report by CN then clearly they are making crap up and the burden of proof is obviously on them.

Anomalies do not serve as proof of fraud, and there weren't any files deleted. I brought that to your attention earlier and you ignored it.

THE FACTS :

During a Friday hearing, a group hired by the Arizona Senate (the "Cyber Ninjas") presented the findings of a six-month election review that experts said was riddled with errors, bias and flawed methodology.

Among the misleading claims was the accusation that Maricopa County election officials had deleted election data in February from the election management system database, known as EMS, right before a county commissioned audit was set to begin.

The claim from the hearing echoed online, where it slightly morphed. "Maricopa County purged the machine records the day before the audit started," reads one popular tweet.

Some social media users appear to have understood the claim's mention of an "audit" to refer to the partisan review conducted by private firms hired by the Republican-led Arizona Senate (including the "Cyber Ninjas") -- when in fact the original allegation made in the hearing was that data had been deleted ahead of a different, official audit the county had commissioned in February.

But regardless of the timeline of the allegation, in fact, no data is missing.

"Everything that happened in the November election is backed up and archived," Maricopa County Elections Department spokesperson Megan Gilbertson told The Associated Press.

In a statement on Twitter, Maricopa County pointed out the data in question was moved and archived because there is not space for it to be stored on the server indefinitely.

"Servers have space limitations," reads a tweet from the county. "Files are not deleted; they are archived. The Senate never subpoenaed our EMS archives."

The county hired a federally-certified auditing firm (SLI Compliance) to perform an independent audit of the tabulation equipment in early February.

Gilbertson told the AP the data on the server was moved and archived ahead of that review because "that is when the server needed to be ready so the certifiers could test for accuracy."

This marks at least the 3rd time that I have brought this to your attention, and yet you still treat this false claim as though it is an established fact, from which you can speculate as to what the punishment for those responsible should be.

This is an example of how the lack of election experience was a problem for Doug Logan's "Cyber Ninjas". They could have had the Republican-controlled Arizona State Senate (who commissioned their audit) subpoena the EMS archives, and then obtained this data from the Maricopa County Elections Department.

Apparently, the "Cyber Ninjas" never considered the possibility that this data they were looking for had been moved to backup drives and archived, in preparation for the SLI Compliance audit in February, due to space limitations on the server. As a result of their own ignorance, from a lack of experience, they didn't know that they needed the Arizona State Senate to subpoena the Maricopa County Elections Department for this archived data. Instead, they just leaped to a false and rather foolish assumption that election files had been deleted by Maricopa County election officials. A more professional and experienced firm, would have definitely known better.

I posted this fact check from up above on September 28th. You never responded to it. The information and link which you provided in order to advance a blatantly false narrative was from Ron Watkins (a.k.a. Q Anon). My fact check, however, comes from the Associated Press. Most people would probably consider the Associated Press to be a slightly more reliable source than Q Anon.

@VolinWayne will never have the guts to read and respond to my above post from September 28th, because he has no integrity, and he would rather believe the Cyber Ninjas and Q Anon than believe the truth. @VolinWayne is just as ignorant, dishonest and gullible, as he is partisan and stubborn.

There isn't even one claim made in the Cyber Ninjas report, that has not been de-bunked by at least one fact checking service. The accusation that files were deleted, right before the audit began, is a blatant lie which has been exposed across nearly every fact checking service.

... and that is why @VolinWayne won't defend that claim. He knows it's a lie... and he can't defend it.

I first posted this fact check on September 28th, from The Associates Press, in a post reply directed at you. You are clearly not interested in reading the truth, and that is because your own hyper-partisanship has reduced you into being a person who doesn't even care about the truth. I hope you feel better about yourself now that you went on your little rant. So let's get this straight.... I am gutless, I have no integrity, I am ignorant, dishonest, gullible, partisan and stubborn. It's good to know how you really feel about me.

More then likely the reason I didn't respond to your "fact check" was either I had you on ignore or I simply did not feel the need to even respond to your so called "fact check". We all know how partisan fact checkers are and let's look at the basis of this particular fact check.

This fact check was simply taking Maricopa Counties word as factual and true. We are talking about the same group of people who blatantly disregarded Senate ordered subpoenas for months and months. They refused to cooperate with the audit team. Multiple times requests were sent asking for explanations as to why certain items were missing. Instead of cooperating they always ran to the press to see what new way they could discredit the audit team. Can you imagine what would happen if you treated the IRS in this manner when they require a tax audit. Not gonna end well.

If they are indeed telling the truth that they had the files deleted and backed up elsewhere it's still insane that they thought it would be ok to not turn over that information to the audit team. The Senate subpoenaed all records regarding the 2021 election. So they think that they can just delete files off the server, archive them but not turn that information over. Apparantly you have no issue with this. I do. Frankly I don't believe a word that comes out of these people's mouths. Watch this small clip at one of the hearings and you can see just how ridiculously stupid the county looks.


At the end of the day there are very few issues that you and I will ever agree on. My issue with you has always been the fact that you are incapable of ever being able to discuss differing opinions in a cordial and civil manner. You always come across as somebody who thinks that the only opinion that ever matters is yours. You appear to oppose everything that a God fearing, freedom loving patriotic American stands for and appreciates

Some of Piper's best feuds were is pre-WWF days. Especially his feuds with Moondog Mayne and Greg Valentine.
