What does that tell you about Fulmer's reputation.

It tells me that the Ark AD went with what he thought was a safe hire. A coach who he thought knew the roster and the system and there wouldn't be much of a problem in the transition.

Fulmer has been out of the game almost 4 years now. The longer he stays out, it'll be hard for him to get back. I don't see him coming back, but a Bama fan still being bitter about him is quite humorous.
