I wonder if the SEC might change the bylaws and let teams make up rain outs in a 3 game series because these missed games could cost a SEC team a chance to go to Hoover for the tournament. This is the second straight weekend that UT cannot play a 3 game series.

Serrano said Arkansas had a charter flight so they can leave whenever. Sounded like the only thing preventing them playing Sunday are the bylaws.

Ok, but wasn't the first game technically Friday? Is it because of the double header? It just seems like a silly rule in this instance. I understand why last week at Candy, but not this week. Maybe I'm missing a piece (I did have a baby last week, So haven't had a lot of sleep).

The series was scheduled for Thursday-sat. It's all about travel Schedules. Many might disagree but I think it is a good rule. It's only fair as many series just can't go over into Monday's even if travel was easy to change.

That's the piece I was missing. I didn't realize it was scheduled to start Thurs.
