June Jones couldn't be that stupid. Surely not.

Why not just go for it? You have a better chance of picking that up than you do of making a 47 yarder with 20 MPH winds.

Big 1st down. 3 more runs and a long punt and this one is in the books.

SMU should get the ball back with 20 to 30 seconds left. Unless Army gets the 1st down

You won't find two bigger turnarounds than Ellerson @ Army and Jones @ SMU.

Outstanding coaching jobs.

Perhaps they should have hired you to turn around SMU.

Perhaps he shouldn't send a mediocre kicker out to kick a 47-yard FG into a 20 MPH wind.

Yeah, he's done a fantastic job there, but man, I just don't know about that. Considering they moved the ball pretty well against Army today, I wouldn't have had any problems with going for it there. Just confusing to me.

Kicking a 47 yarder into the wind (20 freaking miles per hour) with 1 time out and 4 minutes left in the game against an option team was not a good call by CJJ. Take away the wind and give me one more time out and I would've said it was a good call.

Are you talking about the same kicker who booted a 61 yarder earlier in the year? I would hardly call that mediocre.

Questioning the decision is fine. Calling him an idiot three times is unnecessary.
